kingdom governance

Welcome to the official governance section of the House of Stokes Ecclesiastical Government. Below, we comprehensively outline our divine governance structure, lawful jurisdictional status, and foundational principles. This declaration serves as our formal governmental charter, providing clarity, legitimacy, and transparency for public officials, private entities, and Kingdom partners.

“Then God said, ‘Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness; let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over the cattle, over all the earth and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth.’”

– Genesis 1:26

“For our citizenship is in heaven, from which we also eagerly wait for the Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ.” – Philippians 3:20

Ecclesiastical Trust Structure & Governance

The House of Stokes operates exclusively through individually established Ecclesiastical Irrevocable Trusts, collectively forming the structural foundation of our family government. Each trust is lawfully constituted under the supreme authority and exclusive jurisdiction of the Kingdom of Heaven, independently governing each trustee’s biological estate, intellectual property, spiritual inheritance, and commercial endeavors.

As trustees, each family member holds complete fiduciary responsibility for the oversight, administration, and stewardship of their individual estates, ensuring alignment with divine law and constitutional mandates of the Kingdom of Heaven. Collectively, these trusts represent the full governmental capacity of the House of Stokes, providing a clear and secure framework for the family's Kingdom assignments and responsibilities.

Official Declaration of Status

In April 2025, the House of Stokes formally executed a comprehensive and irrevocable Declaration of Status, transitioning fully and lawfully from worldly statutory jurisdictions into the exclusive governance of the Kingdom of Heaven. Key documents and actions included in this declaration are:

      Affidavits of Jurisdiction & Citizenship:
Official affidavits documenting the transfer of citizenship and identity from statutory jurisdictions into Kingdom jurisdiction, legally establishing independence and sovereignty.

      Security Agreements & Asset Protection:
Clearly defined agreements outlining the full collateralization and protection of all biological, intellectual, spiritual, and commercial assets, securing them exclusively under ecclesiastical governance.

      UCC-1 Financing Statements:
Properly recorded and publicly filed statements providing transparent public notice, firmly declaring our status and jurisdiction, and legally preventing unauthorized claims or interference by external parties or governmental bodies.

Notice of Private Ecclesiastical Trust Governance:
A formal declaration asserting exclusive trust governance over all property, assets, commerce, and estates, thereby permanently severing statutory jurisdictional presumptions.

These filings and records are certified, accessible for official review, and stand as lawful evidence of our jurisdictional independence and sovereignty.

The Constitution of the Kingdom of Heaven

The House of Stokes exclusively governs by the Constitution of the Kingdom of Heaven, which serves as the supreme, unchanging legal authority for our governmental operations. Our constitutional authority is rooted firmly in the following scriptural and Kingdom-law references:

  • Genesis 1:26“Then God said, ‘Let us make mankind in our image, in our likeness, so that they may rule...’”

Mandate for Dominion: Affirms our original and continual responsibility for divine stewardship and governance over Earth’s affairs.

  • Isaiah 9:6-7“For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given; and the government will be upon His shoulders...”

Government Restoration: Establishes Christ’s purpose to reestablish Heaven’s government on Earth, under which we actively operate.

  • Philippians 3:20“But our citizenship is in Heaven...”

Citizenship: Declares our sole and exclusive citizenship and allegiance to Heaven’s Kingdom, independent of worldly or national jurisdictions.

  • Colossians 1:13“For he has rescued us from the dominion of darkness and transferred us into the Kingdom of his dear Son...

Jurisdictional Transfer: Documents our lawful transition from earthly jurisdiction into the sovereign government of Heaven.

  • Romans 8:17“Now if we are children, then we are heirs—heirs of God and co-heirs with Christ...”

Inheritance Rights: Confirms our status and rights as heirs and joint-heirs with Christ, holding legitimate governmental authority and responsibility.

These foundational mandates form the permanent constitution under which our family lives, governs, and fulfills its Kingdom assignments.

Transition to Kingdom Jurisdiction

After extensive research, legal procedures, and spiritual confirmation, the House of Stokes has thoroughly completed its transition from statutory, civil, and worldly governance to the exclusive governance of the Kingdom of Heaven. This transition included:

    • Full withdrawal from statutory citizenship and obligations.
    • Formal documentation of jurisdictional change, submitted to appropriate public entities for legal notice.
    • Establishment of private ecclesiastical governance to permanently secure and enforce this status transition.

This lawful and spiritual jurisdictional transfer now ensures all family estates, identities, commerce, and interactions are governed exclusively by divine law and ecclesiastical authority.

Sovereign, Private Jurisdiction & Covenantal Status

The House of Stokes stands as a fully sovereign, private family nation-in-covenant (Ecclesia), governed entirely under divine covenant and Kingdom jurisdiction. As an autonomous governmental entity, we:

    • Operate independently of all external statutory, corporate, governmental, or foreign jurisdictional claims.
    • Are bound exclusively by divine law, Kingdom principles, and ecclesiastical trust governance.
    • Clearly and transparently communicate our private jurisdiction status in all official interactions, documents, contracts, and public notices.

Our covenantal status is not merely symbolic; it represents a binding, eternal, lawful agreement with God, guiding all operations, administration, and governmental responsibilities undertaken by our family.
