Jurisdictional & Legal Notice

This dedicated page serves as the formal, irrevocable jurisdictional and legal notice for the House of Stokes Ecclesiastical Government. The statements below fully outline our legal standing, jurisdictional authority, and conditions governing interaction and engagement with our government, trust, estates, and digital assets.

All persons, agencies, governments, or entities entering or interacting with this website are bound by the terms, declarations, and protocols detailed herein.

Jurisdictional Disclaimer & Warning

The House of Stokes operates exclusively under the sovereign jurisdiction of the Kingdom of Heaven, established by divine authority, ecclesiastical law, and private irrevocable trust. We expressly reject any and all external claims, presumptions, or assumptions of jurisdiction, authority, or governance by any statutory, municipal, state, corporate, or international body—including but not limited to the United States and its agencies, courts, or subsidiaries.

Notice of Trespass:
Any unauthorized assumption of jurisdiction or interference with our lawful operations, documents, identities, assets, estates, or governance shall constitute immediate trespass and breach of ecclesiastical trust. Such acts will subject violators to immediate binding arbitration, commercial liens, and enforceable financial penalties.

Notice of Binding Contract by Interaction

Interaction with, access to, or review of content, records, or documents presented on this digital platform constitutes explicit acknowledgment, agreement, and binding consent to the jurisdictional terms and contractual obligations outlined herein. Visitors or entities unwilling to consent fully and without reservation must immediately cease all interaction or access to this site.

Enforcement & Fee Schedule Notice

The House of Stokes maintains a publicly declared and legally enforceable Fee Schedule, clearly defining financial penalties and liabilities incurred through unauthorized actions, jurisdictional interference, trespass, or misuse of our intellectual property, identity, data, documents, or assets. This Fee Schedule is enforceable through ecclesiastical arbitration, commercial liens, private enforcement actions, and recognized legal remedies available under private trust and Kingdom law.

Financial Liability:
All unauthorized acts, jurisdictional assertions, trespasses, or interference with our trust or government assets will incur immediate financial penalties, as defined explicitly in our published and publicly available Fee Schedule.

Statement Rejecting External Authority

The House of Stokes unequivocally rejects any presumed, implied, or asserted jurisdictional claims, authority, or oversight from any external statutory, governmental, corporate, or international bodies or courts. Any attempt by external entities to impose their jurisdiction or authority upon our ecclesiastical government, estates, trusts, or family members is legally and permanently rebutted, void, and unenforceable.

Arbitration & Dispute Resolution Procedure

All disputes, claims, controversies, or grievances arising from interactions, contracts, or agreements with the House of Stokes—including but not limited to jurisdictional matters, enforcement disputes, or claims of liability—shall be resolved exclusively through binding ecclesiastical arbitration under the Constitution of the Kingdom of Heaven and the principles of divine law.

Procedure:

    • Arbitration will occur privately and exclusively under ecclesiastical governance.
    • Arbitration awards are binding, final, and enforceable under recognized private arbitration laws and procedures.
    • Parties initiating arbitration must submit a formal written claim detailing grievances and provide supporting documentation for review.

No dispute will be adjudicated in statutory courts, jurisdictions, or external legal frameworks under any circumstances.

Protocols for Accessing Records & Documents

Certified copies of official records, affidavits, declarations, and trust documents are available upon formal written request through our Royal Correspondence portal. Requestors must clearly specify the purpose, scope, and jurisdictional basis for their request.

Record Requests:

    • Requests must explicitly acknowledge our ecclesiastical jurisdiction.
    • Requests from statutory, governmental, or corporate entities must affirm jurisdictional awareness and agreement with all terms stated herein.
    • Unauthorized copying, recording, distribution, or misuse of any document will incur immediate financial penalties under our Fee Schedule.

This Jurisdictional & Legal Notice, together with the governance charter and operational framework of the House of Stokes, is governed exclusively and supremely by the Constitution of the Kingdom of Heaven, as revealed in the Holy Scriptures.
